Cel Holdings Limited was incorporated in Ghana,
and is the trading name for our activities
in Africa. Although a privately owned
company, our Ethos is "helping
rebuild the African economy".
We achieve this by commissioning projects that are community orientated and geared towards alleviating poverty, mass urban migration and all the vices associated with unemployment.
Kingdom farms’ is one of such projects. It is a 10 acre multi purpose farm, situated on the outskirts of Accra, the ancient capital city of Ghana.
The farm is mainly for the cultivation
of vegetables and fruits primarily
for the export market, and then, the
local needs.
Irrigation: We have excavated
an area measuring about 2 acres wide
and 2 meters deep to create a Dam.
The water feeder roots created guarantees
the water levels are maintained all
year round.
We own an expanse of virgin land totalling
150 acres, set aside for the development
of a wide range of houses, to cater
for the housing needs of the populace.
This demand is in part fuelled by
the steady rise in birth rates and
increase in life expectancy. Which
in turn can be attributed to the relative
improvement in the quality of life
of Ghanaians.
However, the stable political climate,
and its ripple effects - a surge
in foreign investment, and the recent
discovery of huge reserves of crude
oil in Ghana, have catapulted the
drive for decent, quality and affordable
housing.
To this end, Cel Holdings Limited
has embarked on a mission to contribute
its own quota in tackling this growing
need.
Phase 1: Already
in full swing, is for the sale of
service plots to private investors
and the general public.
These plots measure 140 x 100ft, 100 x 100ft and 100 x 80ft. Clauses are in place stipulating the time frame to take physical possession, erect a structure and restricting house types and builds to a selection of prototypes we offer. This way, ensuring the house types and designs in the whole development are in “harmony”.
Phase 2: This is the phase we propose to start construction. The aim is to mix and match house types into Detached, Semi Detached and Terrace houses. House types will also range from Standard, Deluxe to Executive houses, depending on size and finishing.
The “mini town” will also comprise of a variety of amenities to further enhance to quality of life of our residents.
These will include a 1.17 acre Church Complex, Police and Fire Stations, Primary and Nursery Schools, a Clinic, two Shopping Complexes, a Restaurant and Members club, a Gym and leisure centre, and many more.
We have also reserved generous plots, scattered around the development for mixed use and for facilities currently
un-catered for, which will be put into practical use as we go along and also by popular demand of our future residents. As always, we like to think of ourselves as being a socially minded outfit, striving to give our clientele value for money.
This way, striking a fine balance between making our clients comfortable and running a successful business.
