Cel Ventures Limited is a real estate business. This was formed as a result of a need to provide affordable housing to individuals and families from a variety of social and economic backgrounds.

With the property prices at their record high and becoming ever increasingly out of the reach of a lot of families on modest incomes, the need for private sector leasing to compliment the already over stretch local authority housing stock is a welcomed sector in modern day Britain.

At Cel Ventures, we like to think of ourselves as being socially minded, with our main focus being the low income and otherwise unspoken for in today's society.

We achieve this by working closely with Local Councils and nominated Housing Associations across the length and breathe of the Country.

The pool of our homes is used to compliment the Council's, whereby we accept referrals and those otherwise classed as being homeless.

We partner with first grade Property Developers in major cities of the West African Sub-region, with the view of taking the burden off our clients wanting holiday homes or just investment properties.
