Cel Holdings Limited was incorporated in Ghana. Although a privately owned company, our Ethos is "helping rebuild the African economy".

We achieve this by commissioning community orientated projects, geared towards alleviating poverty, mass urban migration and all the vices associated with unemployment.

Kingdom farms is one of such projects. It is a 10 acre multipurpose farm, situated on the outskirts of Accra, the ancient capital city of Ghana.

The farm is mainly for the cultivation of vegetables and fruits primarily for the export market, and then, to complement the local demand.

Irrigation: We have excavated an area measuring about 2 acres wide and 2 meters deep to create a Lake. The feeder routes created guarantees that water levels are maintained all year round.

Development: We own an expanse of virgin land totalling 150 acres, set aside for the development of a variety of house types, to cater for the housing needs of the populace. This demand is partly fuelled by the steady rise in birth rates and increased life expectancy. In turn, this can be attributed to the relative improvement in the quality of life of the citizenry.

Our development is split into two phases – Phases 1 and 2.

Phase 1: Already operational, is for the sale of 30 acres of serviced plots to private investors and the general public.  Plots measure 140ft x 100ft, 100ft x 100ft and 100ft x 80ft. We have clauses in place stipulating the time frame to take physical possession, house types and builds to erect. This is to ensure that the design and builds in the entire development are in “harmony”.

Phase 2: This is the phase we propose to commence development. The aim is to mix and match house types into Detached, Semi Detached, Terrace Houses and Luxury Apartments. They will also range from Standard, Deluxe to Executive Houses and Apartments, depending on size and finishing.

In addition, the “mini town” will include an array of amenities aimed at enhancing the quality of life of our residents.

This will include a 1.17 acre Church Complex, Police and Fire Stations, Primary and Nursery Schools, a Clinic, a Restaurant and Members Club, a Gym and Leisure Centre, two Shopping Complexes and many more.

We have also reserved generous plots, scattered around the development for mixed-use and for facilities currently un-catered for. These plots will be put to use as we go along and by popular demand of our future residents.
